Therapeutic Thursday – Get moving! Try things like running, yoga, or a sport. For an easier solution, start with something small, like stretching.
Fearless Friday – This is your time to be ambitious! Take a risk or try something new. Being out of your comfort zone can actually help to improve your mental productivity!
Strive Saturday – Remember those goals you set on Wednesday? Time to start working towards achieving them!
Self-Confidence Sunday – Look back on what you've done this week. Acknowledge all that you've accomplished so far. Recognize your worth and abilities. You are powerful!
